The basic layout of the home is a small footprint with living and dining rooms, a kitchen, one bedroom and a full bathroom. All of the necessary storage and closet space is built-in. The usable space is further extended by the porch featured on the front of the house.
The true difference-maker of this layout is the pre-planned ability to extend the building. By being able to enlarge or even add rooms, we can guarantee you meet any of your city and state minimum size requirements.
As the name hints, this house is steel-framed. Due to that and the usage of a modular approach, the house can be built at our facility, loaded in pieces or a truck, and delivered to you. It can then easily be efficiently assembled on your property to let you quickly start on your tiny adventure.
What is a Basic Plan?
The basic plan includes a single of the 2D plans with dimensions as well as 3D renderings. This package
is suitable for building the stock design with an experienced contractor.
What is a Construction Plan?
The Construction Plan includes everything in the Basic Plan. It also includes more detailed dimensions,
elevations to better show the design components of the house and structural components such as the
trusses and individual beams. This package provides more ease of construction and the flexibility to
customizing the plan.
What is Take-Off?
The Takeoff is an additional sheet that simplifies cost estimating the home buyer. It lists finishes such as
flooring, tiling, and fixtures. By using this information, the customers can adjust fixture selections to fit
