SIP Panels
Every building begins with a frame that supports the structure, much like a skeleton. When building with Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs), your home’s frame is comprised of foam core insulation that is sandwiched between strong boards, or paneling. With these building panels, we form the frames for our roofs, walls, and floors, offering exceptional strength and energy efficiency to your tiny home.
HOW IT'S MADE
To make SIPs, rigid foam plastic insulation is placed between two structural facings, which gives them strength, limits energy waste, and allows them to be installed as soon as they arrive at the job site.
These factory-made panels can be made as big as 8 ft. by 24 ft., so many pieces can be put up without additional adjustments or time needed.
Since these ready-made panels are already insulated, builders can reduce the time needed for framing by up to 55%.

Features & Benefits
-
The solid, long-lasting insulation provided by SIPs improves your home’s air quality by reducing air infiltration and creates a quieter living space for you to enjoy.
-
The strongest structural material available, SIP-built buildings are often the only structures still standing after earthquakes, tornados, and hurricanes, offering increased security and peace of mind for you and your family.
-
SIPs can be used with any building design and reduce the time and material needed for construction, so your home can be built faster and with less waste.
-
SIPs are more cost and energy effective. These panels reduce the amount of energy wasted and needed by your home, so you can use smaller heating and cooling systems. In fact, SIPs can reduce your home’s energy efficiency and utility costs by 50-60%!
